By accessing and using PlainEDI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use PlainEDI for personal or commercial EDI file conversion purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Service Description

PlainEDI provides EDI to CSV conversion services. We offer free preview with limited functionality and paid exports for full CSV files.

4. Payment Terms

Credits purchased never expire
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Fair use policy applies to unlimited plans

5. Data Privacy

We process your EDI files to provide conversion services. Files are stored securely and deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

PlainEDI is provided "as is" without warranties. We make no guarantees about accuracy of parsed data. Always verify converted data before use in production systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlainEDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
